Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor process performance and quality output.
  • Carry out routine machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production schedules.
  • Report equipment faults, production issues, and deviations.
  • Support the team in achieving daily production targets.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety and Quality procedures.
  • Participate in shift work and overtime as required.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established operation, supporting manufacturing processes through the safe operation of machinery, monitoring quality output, and meeting daily production targets. The role suits reliable, detail-focused individuals with a strong safety mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
