Job summary

Ready Chef, a family-owned Irish business supplying fresh produce to the Irish food service sector, is seeking a Production Supervisor (Evening Shift) in Dublin. The role leads a busy department, ensuring orders are produced on time and staff are managed daily.

15:00–00:00 shifts, 5 days over 7 including weekends, with a focus on HACCP compliance and workplace safety. The successful candidate will have supervisory experience in a factory setting (preferably fresh produce) and be available to

• Forklift experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all customer orders for factory.
• Record and manage the performance of the factory team.
• Oversee training for new operatives.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures and ensure staff do too.
• Manage the cleaning and ensure the factory is left tidy at end of production.
• Compile reports for senior supervisor.
• Develop and maintain a positive work environment.
• Undertake any ad hoc tasks as required.

The Ready Chef warehouse is located at 112/113 Bann Road, Dublin Industrial Estate, Dublin 11.**Production Supervisor (Evening Shift) - Dublin**Ready Chef are seeking an experienced Factory Supervisor to work within a busy department where you will be responsible for producing orders on time to our customers, and managing the staff within the factory on a day to day basis. The production facility operates 7 days per week and the successful candidate will be required to work 15:00 - 00:00 each day. Working week is typically 5 days over 7.
