Kilkenny Limestone is recruiting a Production Supervisor based in Kellymount, Paulstown, Co. Kilkenny to oversee daily production, coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance and Supply Chain, and ensure on-time schedules.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of supervisory experience, strong time management, and proven people management skills. This role emphasizes safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily production activities to meet schedules.
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
• Monitor and adjust production schedules as needed.
• Monitor consumables and relay information with purchasing.
• Supervise on-site contractors for production and maintenance.
• Coordinate collections of finished goods (pallets/slabs/blocks).
• Coordinate deliveries with purchasing and maintenance/stores.
• Promote health and safety in every aspect of job.
• Ensure that problems are solved effectively, efficiently, and in a cost effective manner.
• Ensure all works are carried out to the best standards, policies and procedures.
• Plan, control and organise all maintenance activities, internal, external, and contractors.
• Drive production efficiencies through the production function where possible.
• Work with site Management team and other departments; be a good team player.

In an age of mass production and expendability, the excellence of Irish stone endures.Kilkenny Limestone is currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor primarily based in Kellymount, Paulstown, Co. Kilkenny.

Normal Hours Monday – Thursday 7.30am to 4:30pmFriday – 7.30am to 3:30pm

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily production activities to ensure schedules are met.

Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Quality Control, Maintenance, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless operations.

Monitor and adjust production schedules as needed to address any issues or delays.

Monitor consumables and relay information with purchasing (packaging/cutting/power tools)

Supervise on-site contractors for production and maintenance.

Coordinate collections of finished goods (pallets/slabs/blocks).

Coordinate deliveries with purchasing and maintenance/stores.

Promote health and safety in every aspect of job.

Ensure that problems are solved effectively, efficiently, and in a cost effectively manner.

Ensure all works are carried out to the best standards, policies and procedures.

Drive production efficiencies through the production function where possible.
