Job summary

Anduril Industries in Dublin is seeking an Electrical Technician to support design engineers in creating and developing power supplies, UPS, networking and communication equipment.

This role combines design, testing and analysis skills. You will work on a small but growing hardware team, contributing to transistor-level design and manufacturing readiness.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in electrical/electronic engineering technology.
• Knowledge of electronics, circuit analysis, and industry standards.
• Good soldering skills (IPC qualification would be beneficial).
• 3-5 years of experience in an R&D environment, contract manufacturing or RMA.

Responsibilities

• Builds, assembles, and modifies electrical and electronic circuits or test equipment.
• Tests and debugs PCB assemblies and final product assemblies.
• Maintains BOMs and updates component lists.
• Creates cables, cable drawings and prototypes.
• Manages lab equipment e.g. bench power supplies, electronic loads.
• Works with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve assembly or production problems.
• Analyze data, build models, and share insights to refine our solutions.
• Swiftly troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.

About The Team

The Voyager team in Anduril Industries is an engineering and design division with a vast experience in developing innovative computing and communications solutions for the network edge. The team specializes in integrating enterprise networking capabilities from global IT leaders with purpose-built hardware and software platforms designed to meet market demands for the most stringent of environmental requirements.

Our team is a small electrical and electronic hardware team which works on a wide variety of design projects. These projects focus on the creation of powered chassis which are used to power our Voyager Module range. The work includes mix of power, analogue and digital circuit design. The team is responsible for the design from initial concept though to full rate manufacturing.

About The Job

We are looking for an Electrical Technician to join our growing team inDublin. In this role, you will be responsible forsupporting design Engineers to create and develop various electronic products including powersupplies, UPS, networking and communication equipment.

This will requirea mix of design, testing and analysis skill. If you are someone whois self-driven and can work on your own or as part of a team, then this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Proficiency in tools like OrCAD, LTSpice.
• 3 - 5 years of experience working in an R&D environment, Contract Manufacturing or RMA
• An ability and willingness to work in a team.
