Job summary

Wallace Myers International partners with an established food manufacturing business in Dublin to recruit a Production Planner. You will join a fast-paced operations team to build and manage daily production plans, optimising labour, materials and factory capacity while upholding strong service levels and food safety.

The role offers hybrid working after probation, with standard Monday-Friday hours and occasional Saturday commitments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Production Planning role (FMCG/food manufacturing preferred).
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
• High attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily production schedules aligned with demand and operational priorities
• Optimise production sequencing to reduce downtime and changeovers
• Monitor production and adjust plans in real-time to meet business needs
• Ensure availability of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging
