Collins McNicholas Group is seeking Production Operatives for our client at the Inverin facility in County Galway. The role involves aseptic filling duties, routine cleaning, and occasional packaging support.

The initial contract is six months with a strong potential for permanency, and shifts rotate between days and evenings. You will work in a GMP setting with emphasis on quality, hygiene and accurate documentation.

Formación

• For this role, a Leaving certificate or equivalent and 0-1 years in a cleanroom environment are desirable.
• Experience in GMP/Quality Systems and health and safety practices is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to rotating day/evening shifts and support multiple departments.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in vial/syringe fills as per production schedule.
• Clean filling room and surrounding areas at end of filling.
• Assist with jet printing activities when not filling.
• Adhere to GMP, Quality Systems, Health & Safety standards at all times.
• Be flexible to support the department and packaging when required.

Our client a leader in the Pharmaceutical Industry are seeking Production Operatives to join their Inverin facility.

6 month contract initially with opportunity for permanent contract. Rotating shifts days & evenings

The Role & What You Will Be Doing

To ensure filling duties are performed in an aseptic and GMP compliant fashion along with the cleaning of the machines and surrounding rooms.

• Participate in vial/syringe fills as per production schedule
• Clean filling room as required at end of filling.
• Participate in jet printing activities when not involved in filling.
• Comply with the required Quality Systems, GMP, Health & Safety and Environmental standards at all times
• To remain flexible in supporting the department in meeting customer requirements and business objectives
• Perform other duties as assigned, this includes supporting the Packaging Dept. in Casla when required.

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

• Minimum of a Leaving certificate and 0-1 years of experience working within a cleanroom environment. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes within a pharmaceutical/ medical device environment desirable but not essential.
• Gowning experience appropriate to Grade A/B areas.
• Excellent attention to detail.
