ICE Group in Castlebar, Ireland, is hiring for a Production Associate on a permanent basis. This hands-on role involves operating and adjusting manufacturing machinery, carrying out quality checks, and documenting production processes.

Training will be provided to work with specialist equipment, with a focus on GMP compliance. We’re seeking practical, detail‑oriented individuals with a mechanical interest and good problem‑solving skills who want a long-term career in manufacturing.

Competenze

• Leaving Certificate or QQI Level 5 equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
• Comfort with basic calculations and measurements.
• Willingness to learn machine setup and technical processes.

Mansioni

• Setting up and operating manufacturing machinery.
• Making adjustments to machinery using measurements and calculations.
