The role involves supporting day-to-day production processes, operating machinery, and ensuring quality and safety standards within a growing manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or production environments, be able to work rotating shifts, and demonstrate strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or factory environment is highly desirable.
• Experience operating production machinery would be an advantage.
• Ability to work a rotating shift pattern is essential.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Manual handling experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assemble products in line with production specifications.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Monitor production processes and report any issues promptly.
• Pack, label and prepare finished products for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.
• Work as part of a production team to achieve daily production targets.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives where required.
• Complete production documentation accurately.

Production Associate

We are currently recruiting Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing company based in Castlebar, Co. Mayo.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment and are looking to develop their career with a well-established employer.

The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day production process while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and efficiency.
