Vertiv Ireland in Letterkenny is seeking a Project Administrator to support the Production team at our Letterkenny facility. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and encompasses a diverse range of production administrative tasks.

Duties include providing admin support to the Project Support Team, producing regular reports on production, costings and performance, monitoring live project schedules to ensure orders are completed on time, covering other admin roles when needed, and

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a similar role with 3–5 years in a comparable position.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Providing administration support to Project Support Team.
• Providing regular reports on production, costings and performance.
• To monitor live project schedules ensuring orders are completed on time.
• To provide cover across other admin roles within the factory, when necessary.
• Assist in the induction of coaching of new staff into office team.
• Provide document control duties.
