Job summary

Vertiv in Letterkenny, Ireland, is looking for a Production Admin to join our on-site team. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will support the Project Support Team, manage production reports, and help keep orders on schedule.

The role requires 3–5 years in a similar admin position, strong Excel/Office skills, excellent interpersonal and organisational abilities, and the flexibility to cover other admin duties as needed within the factory.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years proven experience in a Production admin role.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisation skills with ability to prioritise.
• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Providing administration support to Project Support Team.
• Providing regular reports on production, costings and performance.
• To provide support on monitoring live project schedules ensuring orders are completed on time.
• To provide cover across other admin roles within the factory, when necessary, e.g. in the event of staff absence, during annual leave, sickness or staff training events.
• Assist in the induction of coaching of new staff into office team.
• Provide document control duties.
