Job summary

The Travel Corporation in Dublin is seeking a Product Support Coordinator to join our Dublin team. You will play a key part in supporting administration, maintenance, and loading of product, contract, and supplier data across our systems.

You will collaborate with Product, Contracting, Reservations, Finance, and suppliers to ensure accurate data, support successful launches, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Strong data skills and travel industry knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative, coordination, or data-focused roles.
  • Strong data accuracy and ability to manage large data volumes.
  • Experience with databases, reservations systems, or CRM platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Able to learn new technologies quickly and work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Load and maintain supplier contracts, rates, inventory, product information, itineraries, pricing, and content across systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness for product, supplier, inventory, and contracts.
  • Maintain contract records and documentation per procedures.
  • Support product launches through system setup, testing, and QA activities.
  • Monitor workflows and ensure timely delivery of loading activities.
  • Assist with product development and operational readiness initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with supplier partners and internal teams.
  • Update supplier profiles, imagery, assets, and documentation across systems.
  • Communicate updates to departments and suppliers as needed.
  • Provide first-line support for product database and contractual inquiries.

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Dublin team as a Product Support Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the administration, maintenance, and loading of product, contract, and supplier information across our systems. Working collaboratively with Product, Contracting, Reservations, Finance, and supplier partners, you will help ensure accurate and timely delivery of product information, support successful product launches, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What Will You Do?
  • Support the accurate and timely loading and maintenance of supplier contracts, rates, inventory, product information, itineraries, pricing, and content across company systems.
  • Ensure product, supplier, inventory and contract data is maintained to a high standard of accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain organised contract records and supporting documentation in accordance with company procedures and workflows.
  • Support the successful launch of products and programmes by completing system setup, validation, testing, and quality assurance activities.
  • Monitor workflow progress and ensure product loading activities are delivered within agreed timelines.
  • Assist with product development and operational readiness activities in support of company and brand objectives.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with supplier partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain supplier profiles, contact information, imagery, video assets, and supporting documentation across systems.
  • Communicate product, contract, and programme updates to relevant departments and supplier partners as required.
  • Provide first-line support for product database, contract and operational enquiries, resolving issues and escalating where required.
  • Maintain data accuracy through regular quality checks and updates across all systems.
  • Support system enhancements, testing, and process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and data quality.
  • Support the development and maintenance of supplier sales reporting and business information.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Support product and systems training for Reservations, Sales, and other internal teams.
About You
  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator, operations, product support, contracting, or database-focused role.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Experience working with databases, reservations systems, CRM platforms, or similar business systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills to support data management, reporting, and analysis.
  • Comfortable learning new technologies and systems, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and ways of working.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, sound judgement, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • Experience within the travel, tourism, hospitality, or tour operator industry.
  • Experience maintaining supplier, product, pricing, or contract data.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, testing, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of FIT and Group travel operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Ireland and Scotland destinations and tourism products.
