Job summary

Ambitions Travel Recruitment is seeking a Product Manager for UK or Ireland inbound travel. You will source, negotiate and contract products for FIT and Group business, building strong supplier relationships and supporting destination development.

You will work in a hybrid setup, travel occasionally for supplier briefings and trade events, and contribute to a competitively priced product portfolio. A strong knowledge of the UK/ Ireland tourism market is required.

BASED UK OR IRELAND — HYBRID | 2 DAYS OFFICE, 3 DAYS HOME

Product Manager job based in the UK or Ireland within the inbound travel industry, offering a great salary plus monthly bonus. This is a commercially focused role sourcing, negotiating and contracting products for FIT and Group business, building strong supplier relationships and supporting destination and product development.

Our Client

Our client is a well-established inbound travel specialist, creating carefully curated visitor experiences across the UK and Ireland for international tour operators, travel agents and the wider travel trade. They work closely with overseas partners to deliver dependable, high-quality product for both FIT and Group travellers.

They are now seeking a Product Manager to join their commercial team, taking ownership of supplier sourcing, negotiation and contracting — helping to shape a competitive, well-priced product portfolio that supports the business’s continued growth.

The Role

In this role, you will take ownership of sourcing, negotiating and contracting products and services for FIT and Group business, helping to build a commercially competitive and accurately contracted product portfolio.

  • Source, negotiate and contract products and services for FIT and Group business
  • Deliver against agreed commercial and operational KPIs for the product portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners
  • Negotiate special promotions, packages and itineraries, and source new products and experiences
  • Support destination and product development in line with business and client needs
  • Manage relationships with existing partners, including performance reviews and reporting
  • Coordinate product loading and support the timely release of contracted products for sale
  • Keep clients and colleagues informed of new products, developments and changes
  • Support Operations Teams with the resolution of product or supplier-related issues
  • Attend familiarisation trips, trade fairs, workshops and networking events
Experience Required
  • Strong commercial understanding with excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Ireland tourism industry
  • 2-3 years’ experience sourcing or contracting travel products and services
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and precision
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint; CRM experience an advantage
  • Strong organisational, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Full UK/European driving licence
  • Must have and maintain the right to work in the UK or Ireland
  • Hybrid working — 2 days in the office, 3 days from home
