Job summary

ATC (part of Arvato) in Dublin/Baldonnell is seeking a Business Strategy & Quality Coordinator to support IMS and quality initiatives. This role focuses on coordination, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across Operations, Transportation, Technical Services, and Control Tower.

The position offers office-based work for the first 6 months, then hybrid after probation, with occasional travel for audits and internal projects.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance, administration, and continuous improvement of ATC's Integrated Management System (IMS) and associated certifications (ISO 9001, TAPA, FORS, etc.)
• Coordinate document control activities, ensuring policies, procedures, records, and business documentation remain accurate and up to date
• Assist with internal audits, management reviews, corrective actions (CAPA), and certification audits, including follow-up and closure of actions
• Support strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives through project tracking, reporting, and benefits realisation activities
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, standardise ways of working, and enhance operational efficiency across departments
• Develop, maintain, and analyse business performance dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and management reports
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvement actions, providing insights to support decision-making
• Coordinate cross-functional improvement activities arising from audits, customer feedback, operational reviews, and business initiatives
• Support vendor compliance, sustainability reporting, and customer quality requirements through effective coordination and reporting
• Maintain project, audit, quality, and training records; coordinate meetings, track actions, and support stakeholder communication across the business

This Role

The Business Strategy & Quality Coordinator supports ATC's strategic objectives, quality management systems, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role provides coordination, reporting, analysis, and administrative support to help maintain compliance, drive operational excellence, and support data-driven decision-making across the business.

Working closely with teams across Operations, Transportation, Technical Services, Control Tower, and Business Services, the coordinator assists with maintaining ATC's Integrated Management System (IMS), quality certifications, performance reporting, and improvement projects. The role offers exposure to cross-functional strategic initiatives, with occasional travel required to support audits, business projects, and ATC locations.
