Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Product Owner, Community, to lead the Trailblazer Community backlog and delivery roadmap from our Dublin office. You will connect stakeholder needs with delivery teams to translate strategy into Salesforce solutions and drive adoption.

You will own backlog and roadmap, lead discovery sessions with stakeholders, break epics into stories with acceptance criteria, and partner with QA and engineering to ensure successful delivery and change management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a Business Analyst or Consultant.
• 8+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Account Engagement.
• Salesforce Admin Certification and leadership of large technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog, roadmap, and feature priorities for Trailblazer Community initiatives in Dublin.
• Lead discovery activities to validate objectives and shape clear requirements.
• Break down epics into user stories with acceptance criteria and manage backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Collaborate with technical teams through design, integrations, data migrations, and user acceptance testing.
