Job summary

Vodafone Ireland is seeking an experienced Product Owner/Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery, translate strategy into value, and drive customer outcomes within Agile squads. You’ll shape roadmaps, manage backlogs, and lead ceremonies to ensure high-quality releases.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams, maintain backlog health, and continually improve ways of working in a hybrid work environment. This role offers growth and an impact-driven career at Vodafone.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Delivery Lead in Agile environments.
• Understanding and interest in Agile and SAFe frameworks.
• Experience managing delivery backlogs and sprint execution.
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams and dependencies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.

• Champion Customer Outcomes and shape solutions that improve experiences.
• Maintain sprint delivery health and optimise flow and predictability.
