Job summary

beqom is seeking a Product Owner to shape the Pay Transparency module, focusing on Communication Rounds, Information Requests, and Pay Remediation. You will work with our Principal Product Manager and directly with customers to translate real-world use cases into high-impact features with design and engineering teams.

You will shape the roadmap for the Pay Transparency area, collaborate with engineering to write user stories, and ensure alignment across modules.

Qualifications

• Experience building and delivering B2B / Enterprise SaaS products.
• Fluent English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar product tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design processes.

Responsibilities

• Shape the roadmap for the Pay Transparency area.
• Write user stories and run backlog grooming sessions with engineering.
• Collaborate with UX designers to ensure designs meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with Product Managers across modules to align priorities.
• Prioritize the backlog and communicate the what and why behind each feature.
