Qualifications

  • 8-12 years’ experience in complex multi-national environments.
  • Proven track record delivering multi-country regulatory initiatives.
  • Experience with EU labor laws and pay transparency regulations desirable.
  • External project management certification like Agile/Scrum or Prince2 is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of EU Pay Transparency Directive initiatives across jurisdictions.
  • Translate regulatory requirements into execution plans.
  • Coordinate stakeholders to deliver compliant solutions.
  • Oversee pay equity data and systems implementation.
  • Manage risks and dependencies during project execution.
