You’ll partner with CX Delivery teams, Product Owners, and delivery squads to ensure initiatives are clearly defined, prioritised and aligned with business goals, balancing customer needs with technical feasibility.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst driving customer-centric outcomes.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear user stories and features.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
