Job summary

Vodafone is hiring for a Product Owner/Analyst role focused on shaping initiatives that deliver real value to customers and the business. You will steer demand, align stakeholders and ensure delivery readiness with Agile practices.

You’ll partner with CX and Communications squads, managing backlogs and refining requirements, while driving improvements in planning, discovery and value delivery across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role.
• Passion for improving customer experiences and delivering business value.
• Ability to balance customer, commercial and operational considerations.
• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
• Understanding Vodafone billing processes is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements.
• Experience creating features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Jira.

Responsibilities

• Shape and prepare initiatives that deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and the business.
• Champion customer-centric thinking and prioritisation readiness before delivery.
• Own intake and coordination of new initiatives; ensure clear definitions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams to size and prep work.
• Build strong stakeholder partnerships and facilitate workshops.
• Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Continuously improve demand management, planning and discovery processes.
• Maintain a healthy, prioritised backlog and support planning activities.
