E-Frontiers is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap and delivery of reporting and analytics products for its payments network. You will work with engineering, data and operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable, data-driven solutions that monitor performance and enable growth.

Qualifications

  • At least six years of relevant experience across product management, product development, business analysis, payments or data analytics.
  • Strong product management or product-development experience.
  • Significant experience within card payments or the broader payments industry.
  • Experience developing reporting, analytics, business-intelligence, dashboard or data-driven products.
  • Proven ability to manage complex product roadmaps and work effectively with engineering teams throughout the SDLC.
  • Strong requirements-gathering, documentation and backlog-prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams, connect dependencies and align stakeholders around common objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-led approach to decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the product roadmap for reporting, analytics and operational-insight solutions.
  • Work closely with engineering, data, operations and product teams throughout the product-development lifecycle.
  • Gather, document and prioritise business and product requirements.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, scalable product requirements.
  • Define functional and non-functional requirements covering performance, scalability, availability, resilience and data quality.
  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities, determine priorities and measure product performance.
  • Develop business cases and product strategies aligned with wider network-modernisation objectives.
  • Own and prioritise the product backlog, balancing strategic initiatives, operational requirements and technical dependencies.
  • Identify and manage dependencies across multiple products, platforms and teams.
  • Support the development of self-service analytics, operational dashboards, data visualisation and automated reporting.
  • Coordinate feature validation, product acceptance and the successful deployment of new capabilities.
  • Produce clear business requirements, product documentation and operational-readiness materials.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and align multiple teams around shared outcomes.

About the Role

A leading global payments and financial-technology organisation is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap and delivery of reporting and analytics products supporting its core payment network.

These products provide operational, transactional and business insights used to monitor network performance, support decision-making, improve customer outcomes and enable future growth.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with large volumes of transaction data and develop products operating across a major global payment network. The successful candidate will collaborate with product, engineering, data and operations teams to deliver scalable reporting and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Payments Experience

Candidates should have strong knowledge of the payments industry. Experience in one or more of the following areas would be particularly relevant:

  • Clearing and settlement
  • Payment-network operations
  • Transaction reporting and analytics
  • Large-scale financial-technology platforms
  • Experience delivering reporting or analytics products within card payments.
  • Strong data-analysis and insight-generation capabilities.
  • Familiarity with modern analytics platforms and business-intelligence tools.
  • Experience with operational dashboards, self-service analytics or automated reporting.
  • Understanding of APIs, cloud technologies and modern data ecosystems.
  • Experience working with large-scale transaction-processing platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computing, technology or a related discipline.
