Qualifications

• Experience with consumer-facing mobile products (iOS/Android).

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Branded Mobile App.
• Ship features that increase guest frequency and first-party sales.
• Expand the app into new surfaces and verticals.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver impactful features.
• Drive customer empathy via interviews, usability testing, analytics, and app store feedback.
• Use data to set priorities and measure impact against loyalty and retention metrics.
