Job summary

Learnosity, a global leader in assessment solutions, is expanding into workforce learning and hiring a Product Manager in Dublin. You’ll help launch Learnosity Workforce across Build and Workforce platforms, shaping products for customers and developers.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering and Design to drive discovery through delivery, leverage AI-enabled workflows, and influence roadmap decisions across time zones. Hybrid work in Dublin office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management or similar experience.
• Experience with APIs or developer-focused platforms.
• Strong product judgment balancing customer, business, and technical priorities.
• Technical literacy for modern web applications.
• Experience with mature software products at scale.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong AI literacy and enthusiasm for AI-enabled ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Learnosity Workforce capabilities and drive adoption.
• Shape product experiences for workforce customers and developer audiences.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to move features from discovery to delivery.
• Establish strong customer feedback loops to influence roadmap decisions.
• Help define how AI-powered product development practices are adopted across Product teams.
• Build trusted relationships across Build, Workforce, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams.
