Job summary

Learnosity, a global leader in assessment solutions, is expanding into workforce learning and hiring a Product Manager in Dublin. You’ll help launch Learnosity Workforce across Build and Workforce platforms, shaping products for customers and developers.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering and Design to drive discovery through delivery, leverage AI-enabled workflows, and influence roadmap decisions across time zones. Hybrid work in Dublin office.

Qualifications

3+ years of Product Management or similar experience.
Experience with APIs or developer-focused platforms.
Strong product judgment balancing customer, business, and technical priorities.
Technical literacy for modern web applications.
Experience with mature software products at scale.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Strong AI literacy and enthusiasm for AI-enabled ways of working.

Responsibilities

Deliver Learnosity Workforce capabilities and drive adoption.
Shape product experiences for workforce customers and developer audiences.

Help Build the Future of Workforce Learning

Learnosity powers digital assessment and learning experiences for more than 40 million learners worldwide.

Now we're expanding into workforce learning.

As a Product Manager, you'll play a key role in launching Learnosity Workforce (LWF), a new platform designed to help organisations build, deliver, and measure workforce learning experiences. You'll work across both our established Build platform and our emerging Workforce platform, helping shape products that create value for customers today while defining what's next.

What You'll Achieve In Your First 12 Months

Deliver key capabilities required for the successful launch and adoption of Learnosity Workforce.
Shape product experiences that serve both workforce customers and developer audiences.
Partner with Engineering and Design teams to bring new features from discovery through delivery.
Establish strong customer feedback loops and use product insights to influence roadmap decisions.
Help define how AI-powered product development practices are adopted across Product teams.
Build trusted relationships across Build, Workforce, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams.

A Typical Week Might Include

Working with engineers and designers to refine upcoming platform capabilities.
Reviewing customer feedback, usage data, and product performance metrics.
Collaborating with Product leaders across Build and Workforce on roadmap priorities.
Presenting feature updates and product demonstrations to stakeholders.
Using AI tools to accelerate discovery, planning, and product delivery activities.
Conducting customer discovery interviews to understand workforce learning challenges.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Essential
