Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Management to shape and scale end-to-end product capabilities in a global SaaS context. You will own cross-functional workstreams, translate customer insights into roadmaps, and partner with engineering, design, sales and regional teams to drive adoption and outcomes.

You will lead platform enhancements, explore AI-enabled experimentation, mentor junior colleagues, and support go-to-market readiness and strategic product direction across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product strategy or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering product enhancements with cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs, market insights and business priorities into actionable plans.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in SaaS products.
• Awareness of commercial considerations and impact on adoption and growth.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritisation and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product workstreams leveraging research, market insights and data to identify opportunities and inform roadmaps.
• Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, client delivery and regional teams to deliver scalable capabilities and support adoption.
• Support product transformation initiatives including platform enhancements and AI-enabled features.
• Serve as a trusted product partner for regional teams, guiding capabilities and priorities.
• Contribute to go-to-market readiness with positioning, enablement materials and launch plans.
• Coach and mentor junior team members to foster collaboration and accountability.
