Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of full-time experience as a Product Designer for digital or web-based products.
• Strong attention to detail and solid understanding of UX and UI fundamentals.
• Experience working with complex products, systems, or platform-level experiences.
• Strong design judgment and product thinking with ability to migrate, adapt, or redesign rather than copy.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and coordinating with multiple teams.
• Ability to balance consistency and scalability across products and platforms.
• Clear communication of design decisions, trade-offs, and rationale.
• A portfolio demonstrating user-centered web and mobile product design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers and partners to align on scope, requirements, priorities, and delivery timelines.
• Design end-to-end product experiences from exploration to high-fidelity designs.
• Test ideas, prototypes, and hypotheses with users and iterate based on feedback.
• Present and share work with peers and stakeholders, asynchronously and in person.
• Continuously improve craft through feedback, iteration, and learning.
