RBW Consulting is assisting a leading global biopharmaceutical organisation in recruiting an experienced Procurement Manager. You will lead sourcing and supplier management across indirect spend, with emphasis on professional services and contingent workforce solutions.

In this hybrid role you will partner with stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and deliver measurable value through effective procurement practices in a regulated, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
• Experience with professional services and/or contingent workforce spend.
• Strong supplier relationship management and contract negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to deliver cost savings and measurable commercial outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Degree qualification or procurement qualification preferred (CIPS advantageous).
• Experience in Life Science domain would be advantageous.

A leading global biopharmaceutical organisation is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join its growing procurement team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded procurement professional to lead sourcing and supplier management activities across a range of indirect spend categories, with particular focus on professional services and contingent workforce solutions.

You will partner with key stakeholders across the business to develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and deliver measurable value through effective procurement practices.

This role offers significant exposure across the organisation and the opportunity to influence procurement strategy within a highly regulated, fast-paced environment.

• Degree qualified or relevant procurement qualification preferred (CIPS advantageous).
