Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks a procurement professional to prepare BOQs for ITT/RFP responses, source suppliers, negotiate prices, and manage POs and costing for projects in Ireland.

You will coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to meet timelines while ensuring accuracy in procurement records and budgets. The role requires hands-on experience in procurement, supplier coordination, and costing, with strong numerical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant working experience in procurement, purchasing or sourcing.
• Hands-on experience in supplier sourcing, price negotiation, costing and supplier coordination.
• Experience preparing purchase orders and working with inventory or procurement processes.
• Good numerical ability with attention to detail, particularly in pricing and procurement documentation.
• Able to coordinate effectively with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in commercial kitchen equipment, F&B equipment, engineering or construction-related industries will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs in response to ITT and RFPs.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on pricing, product availability, quality and logistics costs.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing, favourable terms and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure equipment and materials are delivered on time.
• Monitor the quality and condition of equipment on delivery and resolve issues.
• Work closely with Sales to align procurement with project requirements.
• Prepare and process POs and create equipment/item codes in the system.
• Calculate equipment costs and selling prices to support quotations.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels and arrange replenishment when required.
• Process supplier payments and maintain procurement records.
• Monitor procurement spend and document procurement activities.
• Perform other procurement-related duties as assigned by Head of Department.

• Coordinate closely with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure equipment and materials are delivered according to project timelines.
• Monitor the quality and condition of equipment received and follow up on any delivery or supplier-related issues.
• Work closely with the Sales team to understand client and project requirements and ensure procurement activities are aligned with project needs.
• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and create equipment/item codes in the system.
• Calculate equipment costs and selling prices to support quotations and project costing.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels and arrange replenishment when required.
• Process and coordinate supplier payments while maintaining accurate purchasing and procurement records.
• Monitor purchasing expenditure and ensure proper documentation of procurement activities.
• Perform other procurement-related and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
