Job summary

McSport is seeking a Buyer to join our Dublin HQ Procurement team. The role focuses on calculating stock, placing orders with vendors, and tracking orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely updates to Navision and internal stakeholders.

We value analysts with strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented approach who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Full-time, office-based in Dublin 22, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar buying/procurement role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Microsoft Navision is desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Calculate stock requirements and place purchase orders with vendors.
• Track purchase orders and communicate with vendors and freight-forwarders.
• Report on purchase orders clearly and efficiently.
• Update Navision with ETA data for orders.
• Utilise Excel for procurement data analysis.
• Update internal teams on stock levels and deliveries.
• Collaborate with inventory on stock reporting.
