Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Purchasing Analyst to support global manufacturing operations, ensuring material availability and procurement excellence. You will collaborate with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and cross-functional teams to maintain supply continuity and enable growth.

The role emphasizes analytical, detail-oriented work in a fast-paced environment, with collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to solve supply chain challenges and drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required or equivalent practical experience.
Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes including inventory management and supplier management.
Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel/data analysis skills.
Experience working with contract manufacturers and global suppliers in tech/manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Monitor demand & supplier commitments, delivery schedules, and order acknowledgments to production requirements.
Create, manage, and track Factory and CM purchase orders to ensure material availability.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to resolve shortages and mitigate supply risks.
Maintain procurement data including pricing calendar, lead times, supplier information, and cost rollups.
Support inventory management and NPI activities including procurement readiness and material planning.
Track supplier performance and drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
