TLI Group Ltd in Tralee, Co. Kerry, invites applications for a Procurement Analyst to join our Procurement team at the Tralee Shared Services Office.

The role focuses on data analysis, supplier pricing, PO approvals, and cost-saving opportunities within a growing organisation. You will develop procurement dashboards in Power BI, review supplier performance, manage pricing data in SharePoint and NetSuite, and provide training to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years' experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a related analytical role preferred.
• Understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supplier pricing data within SharePoint and NetSuite/ERP systems.
• Review and approve purchase order requests in line with company procedures.
• Analyse spend and pricing data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and sourcing improvements.
• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and management reports using Power BI.
• Support supplier evaluation, engagement, and category management activities.
• Assist with procurement process improvements and system development initiatives.
• Maintain procurement procedures, documentation, SLAs, and SOPs.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on procurement processes and systems.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movements, and stock adjustment trends.
• Support the wider Procurement team to ensure effective service delivery across the business.
