Qualifications

• Pursuing a RICS-accredited surveying degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior team members with payment certificates and claims.
• Assist with preparation of bills of quantities in line with method of measurement.
• Communicate with the internal team and colleagues from various disciplines.
• Follow instructions and use initiative to deliver tasks on time.
• Understand outputs and deliverables and work efficiently to complete them.
• Develop professional relationships and maintain professionalism.
• Support multiple teams across buildings and infrastructure sectors.
