Job summary

Ayrton Recruitment & Talent is seeking a Process Safety Specialist to support the Process and Asset Safety Technical Manager in developing capability, policies, and KPIs across the business. Qualifications

• Engineering degree with strong process safety understanding.
• Experience communicating complex safety information to stakeholders.
• Ability to manage safety projects and audits with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Process Safety and Technical Manager with process safety strategy delivery.
• Prepare governance reports on process safety performance and risk.
• Coordinate audits, reviews and monitoring of process safety across business areas.
• Develop, apply and maintain systems to prevent process and asset safety incidents.
• Provide technical direction on asset safety in line with compliance and best practice.
• Oversee outputs of external consultants and inspection personnel for safety programmes.
• Investigate process safety incidents and recommend preventative actions.
