Job summary

BMW Financial Services Ireland invites applications for a Process Management and Quality IE - Placement Year (13 Month Placement, July 2027) based in Dublin. You will support the Quality and Process Improvement teams, work on KPI reporting, process mapping, and engagement initiatives while gaining exposure to multiple business areas.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, have strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Business degree with expected 2:2 or higher.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly KPI reporting across departments in the Irish market.
• Review internal calls, emails, and processes for quality excellence.
• Own and enhance the CRIF portal for reporting finance agreements.
• Coordinate invoice payments across the Ireland region.
• Create engaging internal communications to connect teams.
• Lead process improvement through maps and efficiency initiatives.
• Deliver a diverse programme of employee engagement events.
• Support large-scale system enhancement projects via testing and analysis.
• Co-lead an intern project delivering meaningful innovation.
• Partner with project teams and suppliers to track actions.
• Produce monthly management reporting packs for senior decision-making.
• Assist steering committee updates and progress discussions.
