Job summary

BMW Group Ireland in Dublin offers a Sales, Communication and Marketing internship as part of a placement year. You will work with the Sales and Marketing teams, coordinating retailer materials and supporting events to build real-world experience from day one.

The program provides mentoring from experts, exposure to BMW Group brands (BMW and MINI), and responsibilities across multiple areas of the business, with a 37-hour week, a €28,500 salary, 23 days holiday pro rata and a pension plan.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
• On track to achieve at least a 2:2.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft programmes (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with colleagues and partners.
• Interest in cars and the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate retailer marketing materials and activities for aftersales products and programmes.
• Train the wider business on product launches and updates.
• Support event planning, liaise with agencies, manage RSVPs and assets.
• Conduct competitor analyses to inform decisions and opportunities.
• Take an active role in the Customer Support Cost Centre, including PO creation and invoice approvals.
