BMW Group Ireland offers a placement year in Sales, Communication and Marketing, providing hands-on responsibility from day one. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams and the MINI UK team to gain exposure to multiple business areas and help communicate BMW Group brands in Ireland.

You will coordinate retailer marketing activities, train staff on product launches, assist with event planning, and contribute to ad-hoc projects across the wider team, while supporting cost centre

Qualifications

• Studying towards a bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or related field and on track to achieve at least a 2:2.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work with retailer partners, UK colleagues and suppliers.
• High attention to detail with analytical and lateral thinking.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate Retailer marketing materials and activities for aftersales products; engage with retailer network on sustainability initiatives and trends.
• Train the wider business on latest product launches and updates to keep staff informed and excited.
• Assist with event planning; liaise with agencies; manage RSVPs and assets for events.
• Support ad-hoc projects across sales and marketing; conduct competitor analyses to inform decisions and opportunities.
• Join Customer Support Cost Centre activities: raise purchase orders, goods receipts, and approve invoices.
