Job summary

Arcadis DPS Group in Dublin seeks a seasoned Process Engineer to drive process design and project execution for Pharma/Life Science facilities. You will deliver PFDs, P&IDs, reports, and equipment specs while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring strict safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with Senior Engineers, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain compliance with global codes and client requirements, contributing to successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• A higher technical degree in Industrial, Process, or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a process engineer in design consultancy or Pharma/GMP environments.
• Experience delivering process design deliverables and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project outputs: prepare process deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs, reports, calculations, utility sizing, and equipment specs to high technical and safety standards within time/budget.
• Collaborate with Senior and Lead Process Engineers to deliver assigned project sections per guidance.
• Support changes to project scope, schedule, or budget and document impacts for the team.
• Mentor and support junior engineers to develop deliverables and teamwork.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and suppliers to support project delivery.
• Maintain compliance with local, international, and client codes and standards.
• Participate in PHAs, HAZOPs, design reviews, and project meetings focusing on process safety and QA.
• Identify areas for efficiency and share best practices within the team.
