Responsibilities

• Learn how to manufacture high-quality medical devices that improve patient lives.
• Work in a modern cleanroom following clear procedures and high-quality standards.
• Carry out basic product checks and in-process inspections – full training will be provided.
• Learn how to make process adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Support smooth product changeovers and help reduce waste.
• Identify, report, and help prevent product or process issues and assist in investigations.
• Participate in corrective action and continuous improvement activities.
• Complete all internal training to learn, develop, and grow in the role.
• Follow Health & Safety, GMP, and environmental procedures to stay safe.
