Job Description

A vacancy for a UK & European-trained private nurse has opened with a private family in Dubai, on a permanent executive family care basis.

The right person is attentive, discreet and entirely dependable, and nowhere more than in day-to-day nursing care for the family.

Summers on the Côte d'Azur or at sea form part of the year, with day-to-day nursing care for the family in your hands wherever they stay.

You contract with the family, with no third-party employer, and Medical Staff Talent only introduces and verifies you.

Requirements

Current, unrestricted UK or European registration as a private nurse is required, whose recent work has centred on day-to-day nursing care for the family.

The minimum is 2 years of post-registration practice, gained in settings where you worked largely unsupervised.

This family considers only clinicians qualified at a UK or European institution, a condition set from the outset.

Fluency in English is expected without exception, and a firm commitment to confidentiality is non-negotiable.

We review your degree, registration and references before introducing you, so the family meets only checked clinicians.

You will earn from €5,000 a month, gross.

The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.

The family supplies suitable lodging within its residence in Dubai.

The family sets aside proper paid holiday for you, and flights home are paid for by the family.

What is offered here is confirmed in writing by the family, with no third party between you.

Medical insurance is covered; professional indemnity insurance is not included.

Flights and travel are always paid for by the family.

Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.

Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.

Nurses are always placed in pairs - two nurses alternating shifts - to protect continuity of care.

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
