Qualifications

• Operational experience in Private Equity is preferred.
• Strong client service orientation and numeracy.
• Experience in leading and developing a team.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Sungard Investran is a plus.
• Ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to support with daily BAU and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor a Private Equity Transfer Agency team in Limerick.
• Ensure accurate, timely client reporting and investor distributions.
• Coordinate workload, SLA adherence and risk management.
• Liaise with clients and external auditors on fund activity and reporting.
• Coach and develop team members, driving continuous improvement.
