Job summary

SEI Investments, a leading global provider of asset management and investment technology solutions, is seeking a skilled professional for its Investor Services Private Equity team in Ireland. The role focuses on managing transfer agency processes within Private Equity structures and ensuring timely investor communications.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in transfer agency, with 3+ years in Private Equity, and solid experience with Investran.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a transfer agency role, with 3+ years in Private Equity.
• Experience with Private Equity fund structures and domiciles is essential.
• Familiarity with AML regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Investor Services Private Equity team and ensure smooth investor account opening.
• Respond to investor information requests accurately and promptly.
• Review Limited Partnership Agreements and OM’s; identify potential issues.
• Coach and mentor junior staff; supervise team on procedures and responsibilities.
• Organise and run team meetings and maintain high service standards.
