Job summary

SEI Investments is seeking a senior Manager to support the Investor Services Private Equity team. The role focuses on ensuring smooth investor account openings, timely investor communications, and accurate payments while coordinating with fund accounting and legal partners.

Candidates should have 5+ years in transfer agency, with ≥3 in Private Equity, and strong knowledge of PE structures, fund domiciles, AML, and Investran. Excellent leadership and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in a transfer agency role, with at least three in Private Equity.
• Experience reviewing Limited Partnership Agreements and OM's.
• AML regulations knowledge is required.
• Supervisory/management experience or coaching/mentoring.
• P.C. proficient and comfortable with standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the Management of Investor Services Private Equity team within SEI.
• Ensure smooth investor account opening process.
• Ensure investor requests for information are dealt with efficiently.
• Maintain high quality work and timely investor correspondence.
• Ensure all payments to investors are accurate.
• Review LPAs and OM’s pre-launch for each Fund; identify issues.
• Develop relationships with client contacts including investment professionals, investors, lawyers, auditors and bankers.
• Supervise staff on systems, procedures and responsibilities; train and mentor new employees.
• Provide input on employee performance and development.
• Organize and run team meetings.
• Collaborate with Private Equity Fund Accounting team.
• Meet all reporting deliverables and deadlines.
• Enforce service standards and deadlines; iteratively improve operations.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to departmental procedures development.
• Participate in safety and wellbeing initiatives for staff.
