HireIQ partners with a leading advisory firm in Ireland to appoint a Private Client Tax Director, joining the-growing tax leadership team. This is a senior role with genuine autonomy, high-quality advisory work and a clear long-term progression path.

You will lead a portfolio of private client tax relationships, advise on complex matters and play a key role in expanding the private client offering, with a genuine route to Partner for the right leader.

Qualifications

• Experience at Director/Associate Director level in private client tax.
• Strong Irish private client tax advisory experience within practice or advisory services.
• CTA qualification strongly preferred.
• Experience leading advisory assignments and managing client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a portfolio of private client tax relationships.
• Advise on CGT, CAT, income tax, residency and cross-border issues.
• Mentor and develop junior and senior members of the tax team.
• Identify advisory opportunities and support business development with senior leadership.
