Responsibilities

Lead multi-component software projects through all SDLC stages: planning, requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance
Translate business goals into engineering plans, specs, and deliverable workstreams
Drive adoption of improved engineering workflows, reusable tools, and AI-assisted development practices
Represent the team's technical direction in discussions with architects, product teams, and other engineering groups
Mentor engineers within and beyond the team to grow technical judgment and delivery quality
