Job summary

Axway, a leader in enterprise integration, is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Amplify Fusion in Dublin (hybrid) with ~20% travel. You’ll own Fusion’s strategy across integration, API design, and AI orchestration, shaping the platform’s next chapter.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Architecture, align multi‑team efforts, and engage with analysts and enterprise buyers to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or senior product leadership for enterprise software.
• Deep domain: API management, enterprise integration, or similar.
• Experience shipping platform products in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Set direction: Own Fusion strategy, roadmap, and outcomes across integration, API design, and AI orchestration.
• Ship product: Define release scope and backlog with Eng/UX; enable GTM with Marketing, Sales, Support.
• Know the customer: Maintain strategic accounts, conduct discovery, translate feedback into product direction.
• Cross-platform collaboration: Partner with AI Gateway and Engage on governance, API discovery, monetization.
• Technical fluency: Discuss REST/gRPC, security models, cloud-native architecture, and AI orchestration.
