Ideal candidates hold a relevant engineering degree, pursuing Chartered status, with strong expertise in building services specification and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Chartered Engineer pathway in progress or intent.
• Experience with building services design and specification.

Responsibilities

• Lead large projects in mechanical/electrical services for buildings.
• Coordinate engineering services with clients and teams.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure compliance with standards.
