The role requires 10+ years of software engineering, deep .NET Core and microservices expertise, and strong frontend skills (TypeScript, React/Angular) with AWS and IaC experience. Expect a high-impact, hands-on leadership position.

• Frontend experience with TypeScript, React and Angular.
• AWS, API design and Infrastructure as Code.
• Daily proficiency with AI-assisted development tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead modernization of legacy platforms into scalable, service-based architectures.
• Write high-quality code and enforce best practices (testing, modular design, CI/CD).
• Utilize AI tooling daily to accelerate development workflows.
• Mentor engineers via code reviews and pairing; resolve complex issues.
• Drive incremental refactoring and AI-assisted productivity improvements.
