Job summary

Barden is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join their finance team on a permanent full-time basis in Ireland. The role focuses on pricing strategy, cost modelling, bid support, and stakeholder partnering to deliver data-driven commercial solutions.

You will develop detailed cost models for tenders, collaborate with Sales, Operations, Procurement and Finance, and drive continuous improvement of pricing methodologies within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pricing professional with tender bid experience.
• Strong cost modelling and pricing analysis capabilities.
• Advanced Excel modelling skills and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost models and pricing solutions for tenders and bids.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Procurement and Finance to deliver cost-effective solutions.
• Perform financial modelling, sensitivity and scenario planning to test pricing assumptions.
• Support business cases, commercial submissions and bid responses under deadlines.
• Validate cost assumptions and delivery models for accurate, competitive pricing.
• Improve pricing methodologies and tools while monitoring market trends.
