Job summary

Vertiv Ireland is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator for a secure, long-term role in a modern fabrication environment. You will set up and operate press brake machines, read drawings, select tooling, and ensure quality through inspection and tuning of equipment.

Qualifications

Experience operating press brake equipment in a fabrication/manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings or work instructions.
Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication and bending processes.
High attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexible, can-do attitude with strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Setting up and operating press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal components.
Reading and working from engineering drawings, job cards, and production schedules.
Selecting and loading appropriate tooling and materials for jobs.
Preparing, setting, and adjusting machines to meet job specifications.
Measuring and aligning materials for accurate bending and parts.
Carrying out first-off and in-process quality checks.
