Job summary

Emerald Nursing is seeking experienced Social Care Workers in Dublin to join Ireland’s leading Section 38 disability service providers. We offer long-term placements, premium hourly rates and a portfolio of residential, day and respite services.

We match workers to settings that fit their experience and development goals, with stable rosters and weekly Friday pay. Roles include full-time, part-time, weekend and block work across a wide range of settings.

Qualifications

• CORU registration or active eligibility to register.
• BA in Applied Social Studies in Social Care (or equivalent).
• Minimum 6 months recent experience in Irish disability, residential or community social care services.
• Up-to-date mandatory training including safeguarding, behavioural support and patient moving and handling.
• Garda vetting and occupational health clearance – we arrange both.

Responsibilities

• Match Social Care Workers to settings that fit their experience.
• Provide long-term placements with premium hourly rates across residential, day and respite services.
• Coordinate with Section 38 providers and service environments.
