Job summary

Emerald Nursing is seeking CORU-registered Social Care Workers for Adult Services in Limerick. Join a multidisciplinary team in a person-centred, community-focused environment with both residential and community settings.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 8 qualification in Social Care or equivalent.
• CORU registration as Social Care Worker.
• Previous social care experience desirable.
• Full driving licence desirable.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support.
• Support service users to achieve personal goals and maximise independence.
• Develop and implement individual care and support plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
• Promote the dignity, rights, safety, and wellbeing of service users.
• Ensure care is delivered in line with relevant policies, procedures, and professional standards.
